SETA Compliance

We are able to offer full SETA compliance:

Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSE`s) and Generic entities MUST have a SETA (Sector Education Training Authority) approved WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) in order to access any points under the Skills Development element of the scorecard.

Who has to pay skills development levies?

Any company with an annual payroll of R500 000.00 or more

Where are levies paid?
Skills Development Levies (SDL) are declared and paid to SARS along with your monthly EMP201 declaration

What percentage is paid to SARS?
1 percent of the annual payroll is paid to SARS
