This was shortly after the Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act were promulgated in 1998.
Steven responded to the need by various industry players for assistance with compliance to these 2 Acts.
Later (2004) BEE was seen for the first time in South Africa.
It was a natural progression to include this in the services offered to clients.
Sharp Solutions has over 10 years experience in BEE compliance, in many different industries.
